Pay & Benefits:
- Compensation: $38.42 - $63.35 hourly wage based on experience and education
- Retention Bonus: $10,000 Retention Bonus

This position expands the clinical experience and assists professional nursing staff by performing a wide variety of patient care activities, which includes participating in patient care planning, implementation, observation and evaluation, as well as reporting significant observations to a registered nurse utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development.

This position provides care in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice, utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under his/her direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data, plan, provide, and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients in a non-acute environment. Provides care in accordance with organizational policies, and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice, utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. Is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under his/her direction. Pay & Benefits:
- Compensation: $50.97 hourly wage based on experience and education
- Additional Pay: Shift Differential
