Experience the midnight sun in the summer, a front-row seat to the northern lights in the winter, and the opportunity to advance your career as you broaden your scope of practice.       Foundation Health Partners is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician with interest in geriatric medicine to join our highly experienced team at our Internal Medicine & Senior Care Clinic.   The Opportunity: The FHP Internal Medicine & Senior Care Clinic is home to an experienced team of providers who offer a range of services, from preventive care to diagnosing and managing chronic or complex conditions. We are deeply committed to preserving Medicare access in Interior Alaska and ensuring that all patients, regardless of insurance type, have access to quality healthcare. As a vital member of our team, you will play a pivotal role, providing consultative services to patients grappling with chronic and multisystem disorders. Collaborate seamlessly with your dedicated care team and become an integral part of our mission to deliver exceptional, patient-centric care.  - Compensation:$350k base salary, wRVU production paid at $67.34 after 5,198 wRVU. $65k sign-on bonus. Eligible for an annual $10k physician incentive quality metric bonus. - Schedule: 32 Patient hours, 8 administrative hours weekly. 7 weeks ATO, 2 weeks CME.  - Patient Panel: Diverse acuities and populations. - Team: We operate under a Care Team model, meaning that you will partner with an APP for routine check-ins, follow-up visits, and acute care services. Giving you more time to focus on more chronic or complex issues.
