This position is responsible for providing intermediate to advanced building maintenance preventative and corrective work to the facility. Performs a variety of skilled duties in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, electrical, or vehicle servicing. Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures, and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
