The Registered Dietitian plays an important role in supporting patients within Primary Care by providing individualized nutrition assessment, education, and counseling based on each patient’s health needs and goals. Working collaboratively with providers and the care team, this position develops personalized nutrition plans, supports the management of chronic conditions, promotes healthy lifestyle changes, and helps patients overcome barriers to achieving improved health outcomes. The Registered Dietitian serves as a trusted resource for patients and clinical staff, integrating evidence-based nutrition strategies into comprehensive patient care.

Full Time; Days; 40hr/wk; 8hr Shifts Monday thru Friday
The Registered Dietitian supports high-quality patient care by applying clinical nutrition expertise in the acute care setting. This position manages a complex patient caseload, contributes to interdisciplinary care planning, and supports evidence-based nutrition practices, education, and quality improvement activities. The role serves as a clinical nutrition resource to patients, caregivers, healthcare team members, and nutrition services staff, while supporting organizational standards, patient care programs, and optimal nutrition outcomes.
