Overview

Work in the Hospital. We'll Help You Become a CNA.

Foundation Health Partners is creating new pathways into healthcare careers. Selected applicants will have the opportunity to work in inpatient care teams while receiving sponsorship for Fall 2026 Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training through the University of Alaska Fairbanks Community & Technical College (UAF CTC).

The CNA Sponsorship includes funding for CNA tuition, books, fees, and state certification and registry costs, removing barriers to entering the healthcare profession and enabling valuable experience in a hospital environment.

Whether you're just starting your career, exploring healthcare, or looking for a meaningful new direction, this program provides hands-on experience, paid employment, and support to earn your CNA credential through UAF CTC.

As part of our commitment to People First, being Community-Focused, and delivering Excellence Every Time, FHP invests in local talent and creates career pathways that strengthen Alaska's healthcare workforce. If you're ready to care for others, learn new skills, and build a future in healthcare, we want to hear from you.

Start in the hospital. Earn your CNA. Build your future in healthcare.
