The Opportunity:
The J. Michael Carroll Cancer Center at Foundation Health Partners is seeking a Radiation Oncologist to lead our radiation oncology service line in a well-supported, collaborative environment. As Interior Alaska’s only comprehensive cancer program, our center provides advanced, patient-centered care with modern treatment technology and a dedicated multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will work closely with an experienced Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner, oncology-certified nursing staff, and our broader medical oncology and surgical teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based radiation therapy to patients across the region. This is an opportunity to practice autonomously while contributing to a tight-knit, mission-driven program committed to expanding access and supporting patients through every step of their cancer journey.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of an approved school of medicine with licensure in state where he/she practices.
Board Eligible/Board Certified by appropriate certifying board. Current DEA number.
Must apply for and maintain Medical Staff membership and clinical privileges at appropriate facilities if required by Physician’s employment agreement. Requires commitment to healthcare and concern for people in distress, critical listening skills and ability to communicate clearly, desire to work with all types of people and work as a team member and excellent interpersonal skills. Able to meet desired business outcomes while maintaining quality of care. Must be willing to update skills constantly.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
