The Opportunity:
Step into a high-functioning Acute Care Surgery team at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, where you’ll practice the full breadth of emergency general surgery in a setting that balances complexity, autonomy, and true schedule flexibility. Our surgeons manage everything from pediatric and thoracic emergencies to major trauma, backed by a robust blood bank and reliable 24/7 in-house support services. You’ll have the opportunity to perform a wide range of cases while benefiting from a practice model that allows you to fully sign out when your shift ends, giving you the freedom to enjoy everything Alaska has to offer outside of work.
