Foundation Health Partners is actively recruiting an ambitious Physician Assistant to join our Outpatient OB/GYN Team.

 

The Opportunity:

Foundation Health Partners OB/GYN provides compassionate care tailored to the needs of women throughout every stage of life. Within the FHP OB/GYN clinic, we offer fully equipped facilities for outpatient obstetric and gynecologic services, including annual exams, birth control counseling, prenatal care, and menopause support. Our patient-centered team focuses on prevention, early detection, and ongoing management of women's health conditions. As part of our group, you will help deliver high-quality care that supports the well-being of women across Fairbanks and surrounding communities. 

 

  1. Compensation: Starting at a base of $147,112, compensation can be further adjusted based on experience. Additional opportunity to increase earnings through productivity. $40k sign-on bonus.
  2. Schedule: M-F outpatient clinic. No night call. Weekends & holidays off. 7 weeks ATO, 2 weeks CME.
  3. Patient Panel: Offering a variety of female patients seeking wellness support in the outpatient setting.
  4. Team: A highly motivated and dedicated team consisting of 2 OB/GYN physicians, 1 RN and 1 MA.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess knowledge of clinical care and patient treatment as normally obtained through the completion of master's degree in nursing.

 

Must be approved to practice as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) by the State Board of Nursing by proof of license/certification.

 

Requires current RN license in state of practice.

 

Must be certified to practice by the State Board of Nursing within a particular population as a nurse practitioner. Requires personal DEA license or must have prescribing and dispensing authority granted by the state board of nursing.

 

Proficient in computer applications and database management.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Current BLS certification preferred.

Current or in process Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification.

 

A minimum of 3 years previous relevant experience.
