This position is located in Fairbanks, Alaska and leads the strategic recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers to meet community needs at the organization’s regional facilities. This includes the entire process from marketing, screening, interviewing site visits, contract negotiations and onboarding. Operationalizes and maintains compliance with all national laws and guidelines. Leads the implementation and compliance with medical staff development plans and is a key participant in the development and implementation of these plans.
